How to use this objective?

Good evening everyone, I just purchased 400 series Reichert that arrived with a funky objective, In an earlier post it was identified as a Epi- Fluorescence alignment objective, however Im still unsure on how to use both of them properly.
*My Laborlux vertical Illuminator has a 1X window in front of the Illuminator so im guessing the objective is not needed?
*** Never mind the Infinity objectives on the Laborlux, just for testing purpose
