Hi all,
I've just got myself the Zeiss Epi-Fluorescence condenser (46 60 00) with a HBO50 (mercury arc) and a filter cube (46 63 01-9901). The filter cube contains two sets of filters, I don't know which exactly, but those are near-useless to me, as I'm specifically interested in 365nm UV fluorescence.
Now, is there a way to change the filters in the filter cube to allow UV-epi-fluorescence, and if so, how would one do that?

You might find some useful advice on the Semrock website https://www.semrock.com/cube-assembly-instructions.aspx. They also cover such things at getting the orientation of the dichroic beam splitter right.
