Leitz Otholux 2 and Diavert nosepiece question

#1 Post by Rossf » Mon Jan 17, 2022 6:59 am

These nose pieces look very similar in photos and was curious if anyone knows if a Diavert changeable nosepiece can be used on an ortholxux 2 stand?

Yes, Ortholux II and Diavert use the same nosepieces. I do have a Diavert with a ploemopak that came from an Ortholux. Most other parts like tubes, lamp houses, eye-pieces and objectives are compatible as well.

Thanks Alexander! Was thinking of getting an orthotic 2 stand and wanted to make sure.
