slide mounting screws for Zeiss GFL

Have a Zeiss Standard GFL Microscope 654-63 3
looking for the cam-type screw, which fasten the slide holder to the rectangular mechanical stage Zeiss #63.

I replaced an original screw on a slightly different GFL slide holder with a short of-the-shelf modern short millimetric phillips screw. Not elegant but it works. A washer can be added, for example if the head of the screw is of a small diameter.

My stage is a different model too. As Hobbyst46 said a proper diameter M screw should work. Maybe buy stainless steel so it fits visually... If it is not a perfect fit, you can make it be.
