Metallurgical 2x objective 45mm parfocal design

I am looking for design references on a 45mm parfocal 2x metallurgical objective (WD > 6 at least) for a starting design. It seems difficult to get a design reference for low power microscope objectives. While there are so many copies and clones out there, I can't seem to find any resource for lens designs of these commonly copied clones. A starting design point would be good.
