Here are two BH2s with LED bar indicators that show the illuminator intensity. The indicators are set on the front bevel of the base. One consists of 5 LEDs reading 0 to 7. The other has 13 LEDs reading from 0 to 12. I'm afraid I don't know if they are one or both BHS. Also, roughly scaling by eye against each other using fixed-size references, e.g. condenser, on-off switch, the 0-12 has a 15-20% broader base.
The question is, of course, what significance this difference has. Is the 0-12 version, for instance, a BHS? Or was it an improved model from a certain date?
Many thanks,
Peter

Thank you, I had never seen the "Musings" document. It's great. The difference is clearly BHS vs. BHT, or 50W vs. 100W.
