Thank you Francisco.
The condenser is Dic?
Do you you recognize what those two parts are on the left side in first photo?

I don't know them. Possibly they are part of some measurement system of the Reichert Polylite

Could you provide images of the devices with the descriptors showing. Also can you see the DIC prisms in the condenser? Is the Polyvar equipped with TL and RL? It appears that you have a Polyvar Bio with Fluorescence and TL DIC capabilities.
The slider on the left looks like it could be a Polarizer. The black slider I would need to see or know what the descriptor was. The silver slider looks it could be an analyzer for the TL or possible a compensator. Peter M is correct, you need the upper DIC prism for the DIC function to work.

By the way, the cube with B1 label is blue excitation fluoro flyer set. Suitable for FITC The G1 Labelled cube is a Green excitation cube for Rhodamine an other. The triple slider could also be a filter set for rapid change over for multi tag Fluoro applications.

I see you made it here Seb28. What model of Polyvar microscope are we talking about?

This thread and the photos have been useful for me as well, trying to get a hold of my own (to me new) Polyvar. So thank you to everyone!
