Re: What Leica is this?
This is one of the Semiconductor workstations that was built off the Ergoplan microscope platform. Depend on the timing, it could be called a IMS 2000. The Leica Semiconductor Equipment Group was divested to Vistec in the mid 2000's about the time Danaher became the buyer of Leica Microsystems.
Re: What Leica is this?
Cool. Found a Leitz Ergoplan that had been sold here with picture: https://caeonline.com/buy/microscopes/l ... plan/52994
Re: What Leica is this?
It's interesting that the Internet will not share information until the right key words are found: https://caeonline.com/buy/mask-wafer-in ... -200/77516
Thanks.
Thanks.
Re: What Leica is this?
they also made a deep UV version of this platform as other geometry of the devices reached sizes below the resolution of visible light microscopes. Quartz optics throughout. Eyepieces were not required as only UV sensitive detectors could form the images.
