Not really blue green algae (Cyanobacteria), Cosmarium is a green algae.

I notice this usually motionless genus on just about every pond water slide, but only just now observed them in dark field. The shimmering caught my eye and so decided to up the magnification for a closer look. I also noticed the slight rocking at 200x that I didn’t catch at 40x.
