Nice. I take it that you used your standard oblique illumination.

It is such an improvement, even if only used sparingly, that I find it hard not to.
Kept the proportion between the objectives in the Desmid photos. Big jump from 25x to 40x.
Will try to include 10x and 16x on another occasion, see what is what. 100x must be huge.
