Zeiss Planapo 63x/1.4, DIC, 85µm length

Was fortunate to be sent some diatom slides mounted in Pleurax by Hobbyst46

Positive and negative Bias achieved by rotating image 180 degrees

Yes. Selected, isolated from silt and other debris as much as possible.
