I think that a similar species forms start-formed colonies on Ulva green algae.
is there an ID of the small triangular diatom ?

Nice girdle views! I believe the 'small triangular diatom' is of the genus Limorpha.

Agree with Kurt on possible id.
Here is a (partial?) list of diatoms from the northern Mediterranean, bound to be plenty of overlap with your diatoms:
