Quite a lot of water between the diatom and the cover slip at times with consequently a drop in resolution

Thanks Hobbyst46, not something I have managed to catch on video before as I usually start by pinning them down with the cover slip.

glad that you have not pinned the diatome, nice to ovserve the moves and turns...and still many details resolved.

Very cool video, 75RR! I love that you were able to catch the spinning movement and girdle view. That's not something seen too often :D
