Actinosphaerium eichhornii

While searching through one of my samples from a local pond I was shocked to find this heliozoan, it was pretty large I would say at least 500µm in diameter.

I think it's a Actinosphaerium eichhornii.

Nice catch! Did not realize that they could be that big.
