Oh, I just saw your video on YouTube...but under a different name, so I didn't recognize you. :) It's a species of Amphileptus. It has multiple contractile vacuoles, on both the dorsal and ventral edges, and a small fan of extrusomes (toxicysts) on the tip of the proboscis.
