rotifer in acridin orange under blue light

Hello,
I bought some acridin orange on ebay ( approx 6E for 20g)!! and just tried it lst night on living protozoa with my BH2 epifluo attachment lit with a simple blue led light bulb 5W.
Once my la room is dark its easier to see the faint fluorescence live but as the astro camera I use is highly sensitive its much easier. I'm working on making a much powerflull blue light source (@ 405nm or rather @ 460-470 nm with cob led).
As the fluorescence isnt very strong yet the exposure time doent allow to capture the nicely tainted paramacia that run too fast but still I was able to get this rotifer and another very still protist...
Enjoy..
