Hello,
today I received a led torch that emmits at 470 nm (blue light) and it matches perfectly the acridin orange spectrum ; so I could use this torch as a source for my epifluorescence module.
I made a slide with some paramecia and a tiny bit of acridin orange..

Love image nr 4 (with nr 5) atmosphere, the added material around the ciliate does the trick for me,
