Onward with the Mudpuddle

The artificial mudpuddle continues to change. I have been very frustrated with it at times, but it is now entering a new and interesting phase. There are larger ciliates, amoebas of various types. There are a lot of cysts in the biofilm, some of which appear to have anchor chords still attached. I like to use the deep depth of field technique which produces clearer images of the organisms including bacteria and small flagellates.
