Yesterday I collected some interesting samples from the shore of a river. I enjoyed observing many new-to-me specimens, but these algae captured my attention. They are by far the most beautiful thing I have observed under the microscope. The flagella looked very impressive under the eyepiece, but it's impossible to record them without burning the image since the dynamic range of my phone camera is quite limited.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure these are Eudorina Algae? Can someone confirm?
Thanks in advance,
Javier.
