1st phase contrast shots
Finally got the correct phase contrast turret for my Amscope T660. Just quickly experimenting...here are a couple of shots with the 40x. I think I may like this

These are quite promising. Usually phase has to be jigged a little off center to get a little relief as in DIC but these are o.k.

Good start. Perhaps some Brightfied/Phase comparison photos with the same subject would interest members who are considering purchasing Phase Contrast kits.
Price of course should also be a consideration.
