Hi Luis,
really great video, interesting and beautiful at the same time. I also like it very much how you mixed in the labels. My own video editing knowledge is very basic, I still have to find out how to do things like this.

Very nice video! Did you culture the Spirostomum in order to have so many in such a clean filming environment? If so, how did you isolate some individuals and then culture them?

It is a natural sample. I was the first surprised by the huge amount of Spirostomum collected in a totally random way

That is a very neat video, Carlos. Congratulations and thanks for sharing.

I was also wondering if you had isolated and cultured these Spirostomum.

So... this is a random drop of water from a sample. It looks very clean. Do you have any advice on how to manage debris on the preparation? I always take a drop of water from the bottom of the recipient, were the organic debris is. The water comes usually with lots of microorganisms, but also with lots of debris.
