Very, very precise microscopy, captured beautifully. Excellent planarity, really showing off what phase is capable of when prepared well. Anoptral ?

I used Nikon cfn dl(dark low) phase objective.

Interesting background hue, more typically seen with anoptral. Low halo too. This is a good example of a phase system that has been critically engineered for enhanced performance, rather than merely mfg. from a formula or copied, as so many of the off the shelf kits are. The sample prep. is obviously tops too.
