I bought an OM-L photo adapter "replacement" that directly accepts my Canon EOS 5D mkII. I had been using a U-PMTVC and a C-mount to Canon F, and although it was serviceable enough. But the obligatory "key hole" format that came with that arrangement wasted a good bit of the full-frame sensor in the camera.
The difference is nothing short of amazing to me. The view it affords me is wall to wall full frame. Aside from that, it's much neared parafocal with my eyepieces. Here's an example;

Re: Full frame at last
Well done. Building up a photo tube in order to capture the full microscope field across the full camera sensor can be frustrating. Your imaging now seems excellent.
