Thank you Sabatini and Steve.

I am waiting for a new camera. Next videos will have more overall quality I think.
All my videos were taken using a Lomo biolam microscope and a smartphone that allows video adjustments but
with my new scope, Olympus BX with fluorite objectives, I can't take brightfield videos because eyepieces are wide field and this feature creates a very annoying halo around the image :cry:

Cell phone cameras always seem able to produce great results. But they don't really see the detail you see with your eyes. The natural optics of the human eye are difficult to match either digitally or with film. The better the camera, the better the result. The images you present here are really very good. I look forward to seeing the images produced by your new camera.

Nice :-)
Is the darkfield created using the Lomo reflective-type condenser?

Many thanks for your words Greg.

@Chas
Some of my videos were made using the Lomo darkfield condenser. In this case, no.
Here I am using my new Olympus Bx microscope and light stop filter.

Overall results were better with the Lomo condenser and It is easier to obtain a good result with it, I think.
But I can't use it with the Bx microscope. Any way, Olympus scope fluorite lents show colors with great quality and
fidelity.

I don't forget my other Lomo microscope, I have reserve it for phase contrast.

Greetings
