Help with identification

#1 Post by pleasehelp6152 » Thu May 05, 2022 9:55 pm

I would like help with identifying what this is. This slide was created by swabbing the inside of my cheek, rubbing what I used to swab onto the slide, then adding some drops of a blue fluid and saltwater solution on top.

Hi, Bit of a brightly coloured grey area.
It's on the border of self diagnosis where it meets medical questions maybe?

A second opinion should be along soon enough.
I am in no way qualified to identify even so much as crisp particles washed down with raspberry slush.
Good luck with your quest though.

Still no second opinion, unfortunately.

I have a hard time thinking the image is in focus. If it is the best focus you can get it is too bright and lacks contrast. This problem may be reduced by dimming the light or closing the diaphragm or both. As is, I don't see any cell structure. It's pretty but not distinct. Fuzzy. Take another look or repeat the process to find a better image. So far as normal is concerned, you're ok. The image isn't.
