Here is a short video of the testate (shelled) amoeba Difflugia lobostoma. According to Ferry Siemensma (www.arcella.nl), there are hundreds of described species of Difflugia, many of which are likely not really different species. DNA sequencing will be required to resolve this. The test or shell of this amoeba is composed of grains of sand or other materials. The three-lobed opening from which the pseudopods emerge from the test can be seen, as well as the grains of sand around the periphery of the opening. The flowing of the pseudopods can be seen and they pull the shell along and capture prey.
