Damn cool!
At 20 sec you can see the swirling hydrodynamics of the cilia in action (I think). A couple of questions:
Magnification? FOV? Lighting configuration? Camera setup?
I'd like to try my hand at this sort of thing and just wondering if I've got at least some of the basics. Thanks, in advance.

Testudinella patina - patina being a latin word for a broad, flat dish. I like to call them flying saucer rotifers

I also have a Polish PZO DIC, but I can't configure it to get results similar to yours.
