Weed Stem Cross and Parallel Cut

The cells in this stem are odd shaped in three dimensions so there is no particular horizontal of vertical view.

The thing standing out most in my work with cells is that they are very messy generally. Patches of neatly arranged structures are unusual if not rare (unless I am a very messy naturalist--which may be the case).
