Murky Feeding World

Protists have found a fertile feeding ground here. You can hardly tell the organisms from the medium. This is a world more alien than anything jungle monster fiction could ever have come up with. Appearing truly like nightmares from another planet, these creatures have more of a citizenship on the earth than human beings. How our dreams protect us!

Cool video, Don. I like a lot the first section. That looks like an encysting ciliate.

I thought something like that but didn't have the words. That ciliate is very big. If it were opaque I'm sure it would be naked-eye visible.
