I took pictures of the biofilm sample, drawing from the thick biofilm itself, using the 5x objective and the 60X objective. I was surprised to see that some of the organisms moved through the dense water at normal speeds and others seems unable to move through the water. Of course this could be my lack of understanding about what I'm seeing (one of the charms of using the microscope).
