Hi all,
New here, know nothing about microscopy yet (have about an hour or maybe two under my belt), but have a fairly decent photography background, and spend a lot of my free time studying the tree of life.
My first image was a disaster. Here is my second image. I am sure in a year from now I'll come back to this post and cringe...
It's some part of a decayed cockroach that I pulled from a trap, 44 images using Helicon Focus. Yep, you'll be seeing lots of cockroach images from me, most likely...
edit: the blue is a Tiffen filter gel above the condenser.
