40x * 1.6, 60µm, COL, Oblique, Pol and Phase, 2, 2, 2 and 1 image stacks in Photoshop.

Very large Scenedesmus (size includes spines), still have the slide (in slide mailer), will have another go later.

Great! All are superb for such small algae. The pol is partial pol?

Yes, it would be useful to be able to record the degrees but I can't do that at the moment.
