Larva.

#1 Post by microplan » Fri Nov 25, 2022 6:35 pm

Something from my watery breeding again.
Some larva.
Nothing special
The first video - a larva in a bright field.
Second video - larva in polarization. Plus a compensator.
Very delicate polarization effect, but the video is twice as long.
Can you see the difference?

Very nice video.
Muscles clearly visible between the crossed polfilters.

Ohhhhhhhhhh This is big !!!!!!!!!!!!

I just liked the first video, uncolored up.
Willie would love this video. He might be flying around the house plant in a few days.

This is what I am thinking (on a budget me) Get one of those 1X or 2X, 8-22 dollar objectives straight from Mainland China on Ebay and use that
as my big view larvae objective.

I can see a little difference, but can't tell if it reveals more information.
