Don,
Log in to Youtube and find the videos. Open and choose "Edit Video"
Takes you to a new page and on right side says "Visibility"
The videos in question would say Private, switch to Public.
Now when you are first creating the video keep going through the pages , scroll down No not for Children etc.. and will see make Public.
