Bumps on a Small Fluid Filled Leaf

A tiny decorative plant (triangular shape about 20mm long) has an upper surface with "ornamental" white bumps. The inner surface looks more pragmatic, covered with organs that support fluid flow. This is a tiny ornamental plant related to cactus.
