Not the best, 60x was hazy due to improper correction collar adjustment, only realised after recording.

Your sample prep is impressive!

Mine never look like that: just a mess of algal colony parts, occasional whole diatoms, tons of spicules..... not to mention the dust on my optics.

What's your mounting medium? I just bought some clear nail polish, hoping for a higher RI than the permount I'm currently using. I'll be trying that on some samples recently collected in the Eastern Pacific near Puerto Vallarta.
