The orange peel and the flesh of oranges has always been a mystery to me. These fruits have a special juice-filled structure. I always wondered how much of that unique structure I could see with the microscope through their transparency. I could see the unique-looking cell walls, although they are nearly transparent. This kind of plant tissue is very special.
