A very nice, almost exemplary photo.
I believe it is the result of stacking.
If so, how many shots did you take?
And the second question: is this green hairstyle a natural color or did you use some kind of filter?

This is indeed a composite shot, made from four focus-stacked photos stitched together (one for each quadrant, each composed of a stack of around 60 photos). The green color is completely natural, and is a characteristic of many genera in the family (often called metallic sweat bees).
