I drew another sample from my stagnant water jar. The sample has been brewing now for a month or so. The population has been growing fast. The protists in it tend to be small although there are still some microscopic animals. There are also some interesting protists that appear settled and don't move (although one can see internal activity). (Most images are with the high power objective)
