A spider "Zoropsis spinimana"
A spider "Zoropsis spinimana"
Hello friends,
I share with you a spider captured on my staircase and photographed in macro at 1/1 rate and under a microscope front view with the 4x and 10x objective:
It would be a "spiny-legged Zoropse" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zoropsis_spinimana) or a "Tegenaire" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tegenaria_domestica) according to the drawing that it has in the "back":
I read on the Internet that there would be 1700 species of spiders in France!
Materials used for macro shots: Dimensions of the spider: The spider face in macro ratio of 1/1: Image stacked from 130 photos in Helicon focus with the C method
Microscope with 4x objective: Image stacked from 132 photos in Helicon focus with the C method
Microscope with 10x objective: Image stacked from 63 photos in Helicon focus with the C method
Sincerely,
Frank

Re: A spider
The 1:1 photo is very impressive!
A pretty substantial spider for Central Europe, to me it definitely looks like a Zoropsis spinimana, not Tegenaria domestica - the black stripe on the Opisthosoma and the skull-like shape on the Prosoma/Cephalothorax are very typical, as is the size.

Re: A spider
fdupre,
Out of all the bug photos lately I have to say I like the Spider the best-
With that hair looks mammal like.

Re: A spider
Hello Dennis,
It is true that this spider has good hair unlike me who does not have a lot of hair anymore
