These juicy little carrots are a lunch staple for me. They come nicely peeled.To examine one, I made horizontal and vertical cuts as thin as possible by scraping and (sorry to say) pressing them. The cells were vividly clear in the cross-sectional cuts and a little messier in the vertical cuts.
