Top work.
Great images.
Would be interested in a head on of the jumping spider also if it's possible.

ADi,
I see a couple of good wall posters.
Wait til I get to my bugs, Be fairly humble pics compared to a lot of these bug shots lately which are beyond expectation.

Awesome images
… and that begs a question:
When these
look so good on my iPad screen … why are some people obsessed with high megapixel counts for photomicrography ?
I’ve just checked that Weevil image, and it’s showing as a 1024 x 683 JPEG

Hi Phill,
I don't like the heads of jumping spiders because of the reflections in the eyes.
In most photos you can see the reflections of the lens or diffuser.
But no jumping spider has a lens in its eyes.
It goes even further, because there are many such photos on the web,
viewers think this is so and even expect it.
It would be worth opening a separate thread on this subject.
Best, ADi

Hello Michael,
Yes, I have uploaded photos here with the longest size of 1024
due to the rules of this forum.
Since a few years I have been using the Canon EOS M6 Mark II
but not only because of the high resolution
but mainly because of the fully electronic shutter.
I often use the flash with the fully electronic shutter
and generate the signal from the controller of my rail.
