The video is quite chaotic, but please be patient because there are fragments in which the process is quite calm.
The substance I was filming was some kind of liquid fertilizer for plants.
The crystallization filmed in real time was quite violent at times.
The light passed through two crossed polarizers plus a retarder.

Very cool! I love watching crystals form in real time. I stole some substances from the chemical cabinet at work a while back to make different crystal slides like this. Never thought to try fertilizer!
