I found new software that appears to work. This is my first effort to return to the wonderful world of movies. (please overlook the little fluff toward the end--where it goes through a long blank space. This is my first try).

Thank you, Don...great magnification choice for those protists...it was almost being there to observe your crafted video clip.

We here in finger lakes/NY are extremely dry weather ( 10th worst dry weather for May in our records)...how does your mud puddle stay with waters in your neck of the woods?

Again, Don, thanks for your forum shared microscopy...charlie g.

Thanks. I was having trouble with software for the microscope. I have it resolved I think. Very little is natural here. I have a jar of water literally from a mud puddle. I threw some grass in it. It brewed for a month with this result. I don't have any natural water source within walking distance and don't drive. The interesting thing is that any living things I find are present in the soil and grass around my home.
