As per QCC's question about relative or pretty here is a downy feather at 100X eyepiece projection-10x obj, 10x Ep, D60 Canon.
Not intended to be "Pretty" but just as an interesting micro photo. To me it looks like pine needles.
Red background/ green center spot filter. JimT

Nice: a very appropriate subject for Rheinberg illumination, I think.
