Eibe (Taxus baccata) - Nadelquerschnitt

#1 Post by Manfred » Sat Nov 05, 2016 12:27 pm

Werte Forumskollegen,

Really beautiful natural colours. Any chance of some details on you sectioning technique?

Wirklich schöne natürliche Farben. Irgendeine Wahrscheinlichkeit von einigen Details über Sie schneiden Technik?

Very nice! How many microns were those sectioned at?

Edit: Got it from Google translate: 30 microns. Thank you.

Thanks for all nice comments guys

@Bilben: Cutted with "Schlittenmikrotom M.Schanze", embedded in a carot, thickness 30 microns, unstained.
I`m no profi and have to learn a lot about botanic anatomy but I enjoy details of the different plants.
And sorry for my poor English
