Stiefmütterchen (Viola tricolor) - Papillen + Chromoplasten

Ein dünner Flächenschnitt am Blütenblatt des Stiefmütterchens zeigt die Papillenstruktur der Epidermiszellen (sie verleihen der Blüte das samtartige Aussehen)und die Chromoplasten.
Gelb und - durch Anthocyan - dunkel gefärbt.
Technik: Zeiss Standard 16 mit Zeissplanapos, Canon EOS 750, gestackt mit "Picolay".
Viel Spaß beim Betrachten.

Very nice images. Really interesting to the papillae.
I like the near spiral of the second (and the colour).
How do you do the sections? Where was the spiral like part from? Any place in particular?
