Last Poinsettia

Last one I promise. These two images show the effect of clearing with lactic acid. Both taken with the 20X obj. and stained with TB and red dye.

First one is an image I posted on 16 December - pre Seb28's tip about clearing. Second one was cleared with lactic acid and then stained.

They are both really nice images.
You can see the effect of the clearing in the second image --> so its worked.
I do also enjoy some of the natural colouration in the first one as well.
Interesting to see them together.
