Une petite observations de quelques Diatomées, récolté dans la rivière le Thouet.
Leitz Laborlux K et EOS 1100 D.
toutes les photos avec objectif plan 40 X et éclairage oblique.

Excellent photos, have these diatoms been cleaned. Also was this a wet mount with live diatoms.
