Yep, it's a small water bear, I managed to film loads from that sample, I'll post a little video as soon as I found some time to edit it. :)

cool vid sorry im new to most of this , but how did you get the black background and the clarity on the specimins?

Hi, it's called darkfield illumination and is very easy to get for objectives up to 10x.
What you need is a black stop centered under the condener.
